The following must be completed for the season.

     (Failure to complete these items by the listed deadlines will result in removal from the ice)

1. Register with USA Hockey (Deadline:  Prior to taking the ice, every year)

2. Register with DYHA using the Coach and Manager Registration (Deadline: Prior to taking the ice, every year)

3. Complete SafeSport On-Line Program (Deadline:  Every 12 months)

3. Complete USA Hockey Age Specific Module (Deadline:  Prior to taking the ice, first year with that age group)

4. Complete Background Check Process (Deadline:  Prior to taking the ice, every other year )
