Our organization is moving from the now-closing LeagueAthletics platform to Crossbar, the same platform that many of the teams we play against use. Stay tuned for more information about Crossbar and the steps you will need to take to register for next season!

Annual Meeting & Board Elections

DYHA Members:

The DYHA Board will host our 2023 DYHA Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 starting at 5:30 pm at the Decatur Civic Center lobby conference rooms.  During our Annual Meeting, we will hold elections for the 3 open board member seats with expiring terms in 2023, approve our bylaws, seat new officers, and conduct other DYHA business.

If you are a DYHA member as defined below, you may vote in the Board Election, run for one of the 3 open board seats, and vote for any bylaw amendments.

DYHA Membership- There will be one class of members. Upon payment of enrollment fees each biological or adoptive parent of a participating player shall be deemed a member. If a player instead has legal guardian(s), the legal guardian(s) shall be the member(s).

Results:

Congratulations to Ryan Katt and Ross Bareksten on re-election and Andy Stukins on election to the DYHA Board!  The Board would like to thank Bill Franey, our outgoing President, for his years of service to DYHA!  New Board members will be seated and 2024-2025 Board positions decided at the next Board meeting (5:30 PM 5/9/23, Civic Center).

Thank you to those in the DYHA family as well as our guest teams; because of you we were able to celebrate another successful Tournament of Friends!
